Very Good Potato Salad

6 Large potatoes - peeled, diced, cooked & cooled
2-3 Stalks of celery diced or sliced
6 Green onions sliced
4-6 Hard boiled eggs minced fine
(Put eggs in a large measuring cup and dice with a sharp knife on cup sides)
1 Small can minced black olives
1-2 Tablespoons wine vinegar
Mix all above ingredients
Fold in 1/2 to 1 cup Best Foods Mayo
Refrigerate until ready to serve
